I have a slight issue in my gic certificate, the issue is that a missing slash "/" will it cause any problem with the visa. Please help

I don't think it would cause any problems. For GIC they would really focus on the name, the officer would match the passport name and GIC name and make sure that GIC belongs to you. So don't worry about that small mistake and all the best for your result.
