Skilled work experience - grateful for help!

Hi all, I am desperate to find out what will be counted for my 1560 hours of skilled Canadian work experience.

a) Do they only allow 30 hours maximum per week to be counted, or can I use 60 hours per week for short term summer camp work?

b) Does it matter whether the job is "Casual"? Worked 200 hours over 3 months and would like to count it.

c) Can I work 35 hours at one job and 10 hours at another and have it both count towards my total?

I'm not sure if accumulated hours beyond 30 (or 40 maybe) hours would be considered.

b) Any NOC 0, A or B job works, "casual" or not! But work while studying full-time does not count.

c) For CEC, yes, but then again, 30 hrs/week max.

Thanks Astro, that's I was worried about. No I have not worked 1 year straight in one job. I worked 3 months here, 6 months at another job, and am at 1000 hours (if the 60 hr weeks were counted). So was hoping to work super hard between 2 jobs and make 1560. But started to wonder if it'd work.

At least I know now, thanks for the information.

Thanks for the reply Zareef, had been trying to contact an immigration lawyer to find this out but no luck. So really appreciate it.

Actually... one more question. I have been trying really hard to get a full time job with lmia. Even went to Tim Hortons (who advertised 11 supervisor positions). But turns out they can't get any lmias anymore, not even for their staff who have been there for a long time. Do you think there is ANY chance of getting an LMIA job?

You can actually call David Cohen's (owner of this site) office and most likely get some reliable answers to your questions.

I've never really looked into the details of getting an LMIA. Can't say how difficult it is. I guess someone else on this forum can help, sorry!
