I am an international student taking Business Management in International Business(2 year). I currently do my coop( Final Semester) as a full time semi skilled employee in a motel with 40 rooms and 15 employees in Ontario province.(outer Toronto). I convinced my employer with hard work and he is ready give me any skilled job (There is no such vacancy or designation present till now) that allows me to apply for Ontario PNP and their by trying my luck in Express entry system. Could anybody please help me to clarify my doubts i mentioned below:
1, What are the skilled jobs( Under NOC 0, A, B ) are there, related to Guest Service, accommodation, supervising, etc. Or is there any other designation i can try?
2, Is employer approval important for me at any stage until i achieve PNP Status ?
3, Since i am already an employee working there for 1.5 years, should i be bothered about LMIA at any stage until i become eligible for express entry? If yes, when should i apply for LMIA? What if i get negative LMIA report? Please and thank you in advance..
