LMIA job offer for students

I am an international Ph.D. student in Canada. I have been working part time for a company since two years ago (only 20 hrs per week and under study permit). Can my employer give me LMIA job offer? Considering that I am a student, is this job offer valid? Can I add this to my express entry ptofile?
