Need some advises on the below point
I have 9 years 5 months of paid experience in NOC 9226, and 6 months of On Job Training (6 months Unpaid) so can I claim 10 points,
If i claim i get 68 otherwise 67,
so kindly someone guide me on this
very true; however, one thing that must be kept in mind is as long as the education described in the NOC on govt. of Canada website for that particular NOC is satisfying, you don't need to prove anything else. For example, NOC 1251 it says "Medical transcriptionists require completion of secondary school and usually require completion of a recognized medical transcription program." As long as you have completed secondary school, the rest of your education becomes moot, as you have satisfied their requirement. So check your NOC's education requirement.

Dear SAR2883, Please can you advise? my situation is similar, I have a law degree and am applying under 1242. it states that this is what you typically need for the job of legal admin assistant.
1. Completion of secondary school is usually required.
2. Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for secretaries or legal secretaries is usually required.

I have doubt? Secretarial Practice Diploma is totally different thing from Law Graduation. Its more beneficial having a Law degree but the requirement is Secretarial Diploma!
