SINP online website not working!!!!

Hello guys,

I am trying to apply for SINP in international skilled worker category. But I am facing problem with "edit applicant" section.

I am not able to upload any document in this section as there is no tab or button to upload document.

Anyone else have this problem???

Please give me solution...

Are you applying with a Job Offer?
If your application is in status Pending of submitting, you can make any change,
please review if you don't submitted you application, after that you cannot make any change.

the use manual is available once you login in the system or here

Yes I am applying with a job approval letter. I did not submitted my application yet as I just started my application.

My problem is that I am not able to edit anything in "Edit applicant" section.

As an example if you look at the image on page no.9 in OASIS pdf file; there is a point 2.3.1 Ethical Conduct Disclosure and Declaration Form. in picture there are some buttons like "browse" and "save". which buttons I cant see in my application so I am not able to upload any document

Please help me out with this....
