No. it is not allowed. When we get OID sub-category Nomination, then we have to send Paper base complete application to Sydney, Nova Scotia. If the application is complete only then they send it within 3 months to our local visa office. Then LVO decides in 12 to 16 months. I have completed 14 months. I have completed Medical and waiting for Visa. I am so late . Many juniors have got it.

One more question regarding proof of funds for the last 3 months....after intake is open and if I can apply so I have to maintain balance till last i.e. till nomination??for example, during OINP intake if I have to show around $18000, can I add more funds in this account or do I need to maintain same balance i.e. $18000 during all time???

You can Debit and Credit amount multiple times but pay attention that fund never less than the targeted Fund.

Generally no problem. When did u submit your PR application? Have u got AOR? MORALLY they withdraw the processing Fee amount before AOR.

I have 2 urgent questions please:

1. When creating my SNIP EE profile I entered my occupation as 1123 - Professional occupations in advertising, marketing and public relations. My reference letter from my employer said "Senior Economist" with duties very similar to market research analysts and economic analyst. Now i am trying to change it but it is not possible. Any ideas how I can change my NOC now? I am almost done with my application.

2. I entered all the information required for family members but it still has the incomplete yellow sign. I entered birth certificate and passport for children but still incomplete. Am I missing any other information?
