hi i m working in saskatoon.after 6 month my job offer letter approval sent for sinp. bt my application is denied and asking you already 9-month visa remaining.you apply early .so wait ...that reason for my denial,,i have open work until March 2019. what steps for me next?

I have completed Msc. then i have done education related job up to two year and left it cause i can not fulfill the rules and regulations of the company cause of medical emergency of my father (Radio therapy and Chemotherapy for him due to cancer).

Then I left science field and join Garment factory as a supervisor and then as a manager with whole responsibility from Cutting of fabric to dispatch garment.

Right now I am working in a garment factory with over all responsibilities.

My education is master of Science but occupation wise in management field since last many years

Am I eligible to apply for NOC 0911?
Is any engineering degree or management degree must for NOC 0911?

Or any Science degree is also acceptable for NOC 0911?

They can reject your application. They are very strict about this matter.
Better u take help from this consultant. Better he's good way to tell

Write a date on top from black pen. You can also write a job quit date.

If I apply through SINP OID, Do I still need to submit online SINP portal ? and then send paper based documents to SINP after I get nominated ? OR
Do I need to send across all my docs through post as soon as they open OID ?
Please help..
