I submitted my application. But I had completed all forms and uploaded my documents in the month of NOV. My bank statements and employment letter was stamped in Nov. I submitted the documents like that today. Does it matter if the dates and months are Nov or it has to be in the month of Jan 2018?

Since I have submitted, lets assume its spam/fake submission, in that case if it opens in real tonight what should i do?
Submit again without confirmation? Will duplicate submission lead to penalty?

Payment done and application number alloted are sign of success.

Be calm...yes if you receive successful APPLICATION RECEIVED email then all are ok....now just sit back and wait until SINP contact you....Either for any information or if you are lucky enough directly get nomination certificate :-)
