Anybody know the possibility of chance to get nomination after 2nd review?

If it is not matching then how can it will match in second review. Afterall, the result will be - "No means no".
In addition Second review takes a long time, about 2 years.

Inform them at immigration@gov.sk.ca indicating your SINP file number

I am ineligible informed 08-feb-2017, 2nd review applied, in process next day by SINP, but no news untill now. Anybody applied 2nd review request?

No.
Then u can retake again. But this is better complete immediately with full preparation. You need only boundary marks to eligible EE only, SINP doesn't check your CRS or IELTS bands.
