SINP OID nomination

Dear Friends ..

I am new to the migration process , i found saskatchewan PNP OID is open for 500 positions.As per below
As per saskatchewan notification 500 profiles still open

I already have express entry profile , am i eligible for applying in "Occupations In-Demand " category .
I have created profile in OASIS but still not able to submit my application .

Any help suggestion would be highly appreciated .

Not sure if the Opportunity is still open but for SINP you need to say no to having express entry profile before the system will create for you OID forms
