I have a question, If I received a nomination letter from SINP (occupation in demand) , then I have to submit my application to CIC
Does the score of IELTS should be CLB 4 or CLB 7 ??? I know that for the express entry the IELTS requirement is CLB 7 , but for
the OID, Is the CIC requirement CLB4 or CLB 7??

There is n need to worry. Once u r nominated by less score u r safe. But sometimes London visa office will ask improved scores. No nee to worry for other visa offices.

They will hold your application for one year, if u failed to submit they will cancel your application
