Please keep try to submit again. I too got the message saying it is closed.
After some 5 attempts, i was able to submit.

You will receive submission letter after 5 pm today. It's 10:41 am here now in SK.

Anyone knows from experience when SINP Express Entry stream will open? Since some of us didnt make SINP OID today? The predictions for the 1st week Jan for the opening of SINP OID was pretty accurate.

EE category can reopen at any time, from now on to ... the end of March !!!
But regarding to what happened today, we have come to the fact that SINP is ready to accept new applicants.
So be ready:

Kindly tell me could the application for SINP express entry and OID be filed from same login-ID or I be doing it in a wrong way.

It's the same, but the express entry program did not open today, so there was no option to apply if your NOC was not on that list.
