Do you know what happens when you have applied and are In Process for PNP (Sask) meantime you loose the Express Entry profile (at IRCC) and cannot open a new one due to the CLB?

January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2010
August 5, 2013 upto present.
Can i claim 3 yrs and 5 yrs?
