I am expected to write a settlement plan. Can someone help me how to write it besides the link that my lawyer gave me? I mean, should it be in an essay format? In Future tense or present tense? How long should I write? any details that you can give me will be much appreciated.

Here I want to clarify that I m only interested in Saskatchewan As my close relative(Sister in Law) resides there.so by claiming 20 points of close relative,my points on grid system are 80 where as min requirement is 60.
The only confusion is about CLB4 which I have though meeting the minimum language requirement.
With this minimum CLB,can my case will be impacted though I have max score of 80.

Please give the break up of your IELTs score.. The minimum Requirement for SINP OID is CLB 4..

CLB Level Reading Writing Listening Speaking
4 3.5 4.0 4.5 4.0

If you have got the above score in all the modules you can very well apply for SINP OID which is likely to open in November and December. if you need any further clarifications. please do message me ...
