Please let me know after submitting the application in SINP-OID how much time the process takes,or anybody can tel me the step by step process...

In code 2171 my profile matches appx 60 to 70 % instead of 100 %,will it create any issue or how will they verify the same...?

SINP Time Process- 4.5 months

after nomination

CIC Time Processing- 12-16 months for OID.

Before submitting make sure at least 51% of job duties should match

next step after submission?... wait ..and more wait.. more patience is mandatory..

kidding aside,,, after application

either they will reject your application right away OR will ask for more documents OR you will receive Nomination..

reject your application right away - if you missed a lot of documents/ or even one depend on the officers mood.

will ask for more documents - just what i experienced, you will receive an email asking for some missing documents, you have 45 days to provide.


you will receive Nomination - just like what happened to kathmandu (correct name??) after 13 days from application he received nomination..

1. you will recieve their email regarding your application receiving after few minutes of file lodging.
2. Then you have to wait for their response. If any document is required then they will email you and ask you to provide the same.
3. mostly they ask to send POF before giving nomination.
4. Before the completion of 4.5 months they will nominate you. But you must need patience sometimes they take more time like with us july-EE applicants
5. After nomination, you will put your file in CIC with new filled all the forms (same that u load now) with updated docs (experince & POF new) in the VFS. MEdical & PCC is also required at this stage Earlier I forgot to mention.
6. After lodging there. Then the proper thing starts you will get file number after some weeks.
7. Then they start processing your file
8. Do inquiry over your experince, Educationals, bank accounts etc
9. If everything is right then you will get PR.

Hello everybody i am new on this forum
I have a question if anybody knows that how long now a days its taking sinp to process a job approval letter.
Because my employer has applied it since the start of Nov 2016 and we are still waiting for it. And my employer calls them and they just say its in the process
