I have a close relative who is living and working in Toronto. He is an US citizen and working with temp. work permit visa and he will turn back USA within a year. Shall I mention about this situation in my application? He has not any PR or Canadian Citizenship ultimately. Please share your opinions.

No you cannot show this relative for gaining points under close relative of sinp.....your close relative must be Canadian citizen or permanent residence and living in saskatchewan.

I am not asking it to gain a point. I am afraid if I mention this issue, it may effect my application negatively. That's why I asked should I mention that I have relative who is living in another privince. Thanks.
I have 8 years of experience in HR and 1 year in NOC 2171 in past 9 years, I have done my Masters in HR and BE in computers. my latest experience is in NOC 2171, will i get 7 points. i.e 5 point for each year from the six to ten year period. and 2 points for the most recent experience or just 2 points for recent 1 year experience. I will be applying in OID,

It will not make any negative impact. But why you intenshionally wants to show that your relative is there in canada and in Toronto now even you will not get any points?

Because in the beginning of application there is a question that asked for a close relative who is living in another province. I do not want to misrepresent but I am afraid not to get nomination just because of this issue. It may be better not to mention. What do you think?
