My application was submitted July 21. Status still " Application received"

My language proficiency test IELTS (L6, R7, S6.5, W6)
will expire by 2nd October 2016.

I sat for another IELTS in December 2015 ( L6, R6, S5.5, W7.5)- I assume this is CLB 7 which gives me 17points (Pls correct me if am wrong)

I know that this result meets the minimum SINP language proficiency, but my worry is if CIC will accept
the result since iam having 5.5 in the speaking section.

On 4th August, 2016 My SINP EE application withdraw without any request by me.
I sent mail of request to withdraw OID application and re-open EE.
Now, My SINP EE application is In Process from 11th August.
Also, as per my request OID app. withdrawn by SINP.
Anyone who have idea what about the next step?

I am having crs score of 441, created EE profile on 19th Feb 2016 with NOC code 2132 (Masters in Mech Engg)
I want to apply for SINP - Provincial Nominee Program.
I have created profile on OASIS website. I have certain queries:
1. Am I eligible for SINP- Provincial Nominee Program;
2. How much time it takes to get nomination from province and after that Canada PR;
3. How much funds required? Whether Employee Provident Fund do as POF
4. Can I apply for other province simultaneously;
5. At what point of application, we have to pay the fess and how much?
6. Is this complete online application process, uploading the documents online only or do we need to send the hard documents to SINP?
7. Is it mandatory to stay in the nominated province once get PR

I think you have applied already, u told earlier. NOC 2132 is not there, but u can check 2232, which is present.

Dear, your NOC 2132 is not in SINP Occupation In High Demand list. So u can't eligible with this NOC for EE.

Your min. 4-5 Job duties have to match with related NOC's mentioned duties.

Thank you for your suggestions.
Considering my Masters of Engg with 11 yrs of exp in Mechanical domain, My job duties matches with 2232.
Am I eligible to apply under 2232?
