When CIC approved the visa, how long is the validity date?

Does it count during the CIC Visa approval or passport with visa?

Hi,

I got a letter from SINP as mentioned below

The SINP requires that all nominees in this category intend to live and settle in Saskatchewan before and after nomination. From the forms provided with your application, you are currently residing in other province. The SINP requires documentation to prove that you intend to settle and live in Saskatchewan.

Please submit any documents that can prove this intent.

Please guide me how to handle this issue.

Can I apply for SINP EE sub-category under the NOC 2173 ?

Also I have checked new occupation list but NOC 2173 is not there,kindly please help me in that.
