You can create other EOI in the EE account, with a different details - as long as you will be able to prove that your skills match of 2173 its all fine.
Hello all, I'm new here. I tried submitting my application via OASIS for SINP but i keep getting an error message, that the category i am applying for is filled. International Skilled Worker - Express Entry. I don't know if this is a system error or if the information on their website is incorrect as the website says there are 500 slots still available. All my documents have been scanned and uploaded since December last year, just been trying the submit button everyday.
