Create 2-3 Oasis profiles for each sub category. Practice it. Try to fill complete application form and upload all necessary forms and documents . This is the way.

P.S. - All scanned documents in PDF Format only. Merge all pages of same form or document as a single pdf page. Like , merge all 10 scanned pages of Generic form as a single page and name it Generic.

Bit confused here!!! I thought that if I have created <1 OASIS EE> or <1 OASIS OID> profile than I just have to go inside and submit once SINP EE or OID is open, is my understanding wrong??? Do I need to again fill all the forms once province is open for EE or OID?? I am asking this silly question since you said to "Practise filling the form"

Completed application valid till 2-3 months. (2 months better)
No need to fill again.

Both my profile was created on 26th and 27th October 2017.. hence I assume that it will/should be valid up till December 2017 at least..

2) Review applicant detail section

Can you please confirm in which one do I need to go in to submit my application (once province is open)

Jump anywhere. You can exit anytime for second section . Dive a lot . No harm.

I used the confirmation code as against the job seeker code.

U r an intelligent guy.
No prority in SINP ON CRS basis. They need only 60 points in their assessment grid and job experience , education and entended NOC must be match with each other. Your intended NOC must be in the their Demand occupation list. Only then u can apply.
U can also apply for NSNP if your NOC is in their list. NSNP Demand EE category is without job offer option.
U have 400 CRS, so u can also apply for Ontario EE.
