In order to apply in Saskatchewan Express entry, first I have to create profile in Express Entry pool in order to apply in this stream Right ??? One more thing can I apply in both Saskatchewan OID and Saskatchewan Express entry ??? One more thing in Saskatchewan OID my NOC is 2173 because 2174 is not there but in Saskatchewan Express entry, can I put NOC 2174 or Can I make same NOC in both streams??

It has to be same NOC for the two streams if your applying. but at the end, they will ask you to confirm which one to progress with.

But u can try. Send your request to immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca
Mention your application number and name

Better u keep complete your application and try to press submit button daily after 8 am (sask time). This trick is looking odd, but very useful to get success.

I have one query . For instance if we completed our full application on 30th September along with the proof of funds (3 months statement) and they open the application for candidate on 15th December , in that case our statement will be old. Is there any option to remove an old statement and attach a new one? Same applies to the letter from the bank. Bank may not be able to provide us the reference letter on the same day. In that case old reference letter from the bank will be acceptable?

My question was related to the proof of funds not regarding getting late Visa.For example, If we attach our statement and complete the application on 15th September while PNP Saskatchewan EE and OID opens in December, in that case the statement that we attached on September 15th will be the old one . Can we remove the old attachment and attach a new one instead in December? Generally SINP accepts 2-3 months old proofs.

SINP OID Intake is opened for 500 Applications. 2500 Applications still remaining to open after that. . This is a very technical process so if we meet the requirements, there's no reason to deny except:

It is CST. But anytime during office hours. 8 am to 4 pm Sask ST.
