I've received an invitation from SINP on the latest draw through express entry, my noc is 2174. I did my engineering in Electronics and electrical engineering (EEE) and masters in business administration. I request you to tell me if I need any license. Also my ECA through WES is document by document should I change it to course by course ?
I think your degree is not matching. You are Hardware Engineer, not a Software Engineer. Because of this u will have difficulty in getting CIPS License.

For Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP), under "Education and Training", you need to give the below. The principal applicant's education points are calculated according to documented proof of completed post secondary education and/or training programs from a nationally or provincially recognized institution or regulatory body. The principal applicant must include diplomas, certificates or degrees for any education or training with their complete transcripts.
(Maximum total points = 23) As per WES, my CANADIAN EQUIVALENCY SUMMARY is Bachelor’s degree (four years) and postgraduate diploma (one year). Pls advise what to select in the drop down:

Thanks for your revert. My Bachelor's degree was for Four Years engineering. But I am applying for NOC - 112 HR Managers for which I have the One Year Postgraduate Diploma (as per WES). Still I should put Bachelor's Degree?

But my designation is - Quality Control Technologist (Microbiologist) which is not in NOC 2121. Also the duties mentioned in NOC 2121 ONLY 10-20% MATCHES mine... Which in NOC 2221 90% matches as mine i.e. I can't go for NOC 2121.
Can you confirm me which ECA SINP needs for NOC 2221.
