Hi,Anybody who applied in June and July 1st week and their profile still show - application received.I am bit worried because it has been more 50 days since I applied .There is no update about the status of my profile.I would like to whether is it normal or something exceptional.
My experience is over 5 years.
My question is that i am currently working in a bank however my job responsibilities is matching with NOC 1311. Exclusion says banking clerk.
Am i eligible to apply under NOC 1311 as it matcheh with my job profile and job description

That is,my first degree is not in accounting, although i have a diploma in accounting and Business from ACCA obtained in 2018. I was trained on the Job. Im confused between NOC code 1311 (Accounting technicians & bookkeepers) AND NOC code 1431 (Accounting & related clerks).

So the province has updated the list of occupation eligible to apply and basically they just excluded some 150 occupations meaning that more than 200 occupations can now apply.
So, I have more than 10 years experience as Legal Associate (NOC: 4112), but this occupation is excluded, while Paralegal and related occupations (NOC: 4211) are illegible.
So my question is, can I select NOC 4211 when completing Express Entry profile instead of 4112?
Logically I can, since my current experience will cover all the job duties done by paralegals.
