can anyone suggest me the process for australian federal police check from india as it will be needed in further process
i was in australia from 2006 to 2011 so i have to gain that certificate
right now i have applied for SINP EE category

i have job letter in Saskatchewan ...after next month i apply for sinp bt have not a marriage certificate ...i am from India ,,, my wife also in Canada... give me answer ...for the marriage certificate ..and my wife on singl entry visa ..cant travel to india

"You indicated in your application that you have a sister residing in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The SINP requires that you provide documentation to prove that it is your intent to work and settle in SASKATCHEWAN".

Please what kind of document can i provide to show proof of settlement in SASKATCHEWAN? Your help is needed.

Write a detailed explanation with respect with your settlement plan that you have submitted earlier explaining that you will not leave SK and you will reside in SK itself.

They click picture in the presences of registrar. which will be printed on marriage certificate There presence is necessary.

Not in every place. Husband and wife photographs and docs are required. The agent can manage the whole process.

submitted application on 13th Jan 2018 a msg from cic and when I open portal it says your action is required . What does it mean? It was under FSW ee.

Please note that I have applied to CIC for the SINP paper-based application on April 2017, but due to some missing forms my application was returned on Nov'2017 for which I came to know only on Jan'2018.

Now I am preparing to re-apply to CIC, but the Question is

My IELTS will expire by March 2018. Should I apply with my same IELTS results or do I have to go for a NEW IELTS exam?

Need the answer asap so as to finalize my application to send with my OLD IELTS result.

You can apply with your existing IELTS, until the result is valid.

So if i send my Application before my IELTS Expire will CIC consider my Application.

Eg. If my IELTS expire by 20 March, and I already send my Application by 20 Feb, will it be OK......

And my file would be coming in the process after 20 march, will then they Consider my IELTS.
