No need to provide 10 years back records. You have to mention in Background Declaration Form only.
Completely Agree.
Background declration form says about 5 years....
Actually i am taking services of APEX Visa, the person i am dealing with i suppose hardly aware or have less knowledge.. this is the reason i was asking about my queries on R&R Letters and employement which was very old.
Actually my job duties are matching with two different nocs ,if i got refusal for my current applied noc in SINP which is already removed from the list >>>>can i re apply for the other diffident noc next time or it will be a kind of misrepresentation ?

Is that NOC was in the list when you applied? If yes then it would not be any issue.
But in any case if you get refused, YES you can re-apply by mending some points as per NOC.
They are good. But expensive . Ask them about eligibility. Fill their questionnaire form. I will suggest you some more. Write them also. Write to everyone with details. Take a decision later.
Thanks so much for the information much appreciate it. Please do tell me others too so that I can ask them as well.

does the SINP-EE status change (from 'in process') if the application is rejected ? or does it just remain 'in process' permanently ? how do we know that the application is rejected or there is no more possibility of a nomination ?

SINP sends information about rejection through email and Oasis status change as "Application Rejected"

Hi All,
Need you inputs because consultants are giving me all sorts of confusions.
My Age = 41
Educations = 14 years (in same organisation)
Education: Masters (WES Done)
ILES: CLB 6
In total I am scoring 64points for Saskatchewan (SNIP)
Issue: I am not living with my wife from past 10yrs. We are not legally separated.
Can I file application without accompany wife. In dependent application, there is an option of “not accompany” can I select that?
Please help me in getting correct information. I don’t have her documents.

You have to write "Reason why dependent is non-accompanying." If you choose not accompanying. Your spouse will have to do medicals, background/security checks, just the same as you.

Now you have only 2 options.
1. Arrange her death certificate from Bihar or U.P.
Or
2. Find the top most lawyer and divorce her.
