Is it mandatory to provide date of birth certificate or we can submit any alternate document in place .

Any Government authorised documents having both parents name. Like Education certificate, National identify proof etc.

Yes I have filled the CIPS form and I have mapped my roles and responsibilities with the BOK.

For WES it is same for all provinces. It's ok to select Saskatchewan and Engineering. And yes we have to 100$ but make sure it's not only 100$. We have to pay taxes and courier charges if we need fast delivery and also rush service if we want.

I have computer science Bachelor's degree and have 8.6 years of experience.
Do i need to fill the ISP Application under education plus experience route
Or
We need to become candidate which is a different form in which we need sponsors.
Did anyone got a clariry on this from cips authority

Hello Ashu, but in this schedule A form....clearly they mention two columns....the principal applicant and second one the spouse,common law partner of the principal applicant...so I think if spouse fill this form she select second checkbox because she is spouse of principal applicant Right????

Yes. you are right. I was filled 2 yeare ago. So confused. This rule applicable for Form IMM 5406. Additional Family Information Form.

So in WES recipients option, select other. Click on search icon and it will give you the option to add manual address for the recipient.
