This is xxx. I am planning to apply for the SINP Occupations In Demand for next intake. I have completed my Bachelor of Commerce in the year 2005 and have experience in the NOC 2282 and 2281.. So, would I be eligible to apply for the SINP OID category.

And also regarding WES :

Dear Sir/Madam,
Is it mandate to have WES report for SINP OID category.

Reply : It is not a mandatory requirement at our level. You may submit your diploma and transcripts without WES evaluation.

Is WES report required after I get my nomination..


Reply : Please check with Citizenship and Immigration Canada regarding their requirements.


So I'm confused is WES required or not???

What are you confused about? They told you clearly that WES report is not required for Provincial nomination program, but you need to check with CIC wether you will need it later, after you submit application to CIC as a next step.

WES is not required for SINP. They need only marksheets and course completion certificates (Provision & Convocation). Once you get nominated, CIC will be expecting your education to be assessed. Now you need WES to know your Canadian equivalency for the completed courses.

Its two level Process

level 1 SINP Nomination: ECA is not mandatory

Level 2 CIC : in Express Entry ECA is Must required.
In OID is paper based but ECA is also requied on later stage ( so better complete your ECA for future)

I am planning to have the PCCs of locations where i stayed in past 10 years, (mainly 2 locations), however, since the age of 18th, it becomes 17 years, then there would be 4 locations. so i would require 4 PCCs.

Pls suggest whether the 2 PCCs would be enough or i must obtain 4

SINP will not be opened until 2nd quarter i.e. April/May this year. SINP has already a lot of backlog applications of last year and early January 2016 intake. So prepare your documents and keep watching their website/this forum.
