Dear Friends,

I have a query regarding SINP Work Experience Points Calculation. Can anyone please help me out to calculate the points basis below Work Experience;

From 1st Apr 2011 to 3rd Feb 2012 - 10 Months (Management Trainee)
From 1st Mar 2012 to 30th Nov 2013 - 21 Months
From 23rd Dec 2013 to 15th Jul 2017 - 42.5 Months
From 17th Jul 2017 to Present - 27 Months

All the above experience that I am considering is under same NOC (0114). I am planning to file EOI for SINP EE on or after 31st Oct' 2019.

I really appreciate if anyone can guide me the max points which can be claimed for;

Work experience during the most recent five years prior to application - ______

Work Experience during the six to ten year period prior to application - _______

Hi Ashuindian,

I have 84 points with sibling points included. There is more possibility of getting an ITA. But the worst thing is field of study is not inline with experience. BE EEE but have 9.5 years of IT experience with NOC 2171. will this definitely get rejected? Please suggest

As par their website requirements:-
Or Completion of a college program in computer science is usually required.

So you can show some 1st and 2nd year Computer Science subjects of your degree course. It is very common.

6-10 years period- 3 points
1 to 5 years period- 10 points

Point 3 is doubtful. They need official proof from Provident fund organisation. Not employer

And if I make new fixed deposit than it is ok if it is not old more than 3 months.

It is fine if make FD before ITA, but not more than 3month old.

And what about liability?

Hello All,
I have few questions while filling out SINP EOI under express entry sub category. Please help.
My NOC is 2173(Software Engineer) as my occupation is Software test analyst and I do both manual as well as automation.

1. Do I need any professional license before submitting EOI?

2. Also do we need to get license from CISP or APEG?

3. If I need to have any license, I heard we are given 1 year after getting invite to get the license and submit it to SINP?

4. Also until we don't get professional license, will our process stays there or we can get PR and even we can land in Saskatchewan and then submit our professional license.

5. Also I already have WES document by document evaluation. Do I need to upgrade it as well or getting professional license?

Thanks @ashuindian bro...i will apply after Nov 29th then it makes 13 points for my experience. I have 65 points(NOC 2173). My spouse has 60 points(NOC 2173)

1. My WES evaluation is done. I am waiting for my spouse evaluation, which is in progress. Is spouse ECA report(WES) mandatory to create EOI profile?

2. Should i mention my spouse in my profile or should i create her different EOI profile(60 points)?

Proof of Funds , do we need to maintain funds for 90 days ie at the time of entering Draw they must be aged 90 days
or need to maintain them for 90 days once we upload documents and forms after Provincial Nomination

My status on OASIS is showing as IN PROCESS for occupation in demand without employment offer. Application was received in June 2019. It has been 3 months now since application was sent after ITA. I have not heard anything back from SINP. SINP website mentioned 7 months process. Is this a good sign? Is the processing timeline pretty accurate? Anyone in the same position as well? Thank you so much!

Application processing is a multi stage activity.

In most of the cases , officers do call for verification of documents , this takes time - I have also passed through this process

No news is a good news

hi all!

I have a Settlement Fund of CAD 26647.

in that,
1) Term Deposit of (CAD 10185)
2) Cash Value Insurance (CAD 2777)
3) Employee provident fund (CAD 10185)
4) Stocks and Mutual Fund (CAD 3500)
Total : 26647 CAD

Note : Employee Provident Fund managed by the employer, not by the organization if my employer provide a balance certificate than it is valid by SINP.

My liability is a housing loan from the employer, it is necessary to show my liabilities. (any advise will be appreciated)

After Liabilities, deducted total will be 4500 CAD.

After ITA, at the time of the application submission, you have to show 3 months old fund.
You have to maintain it till your Visa accepting. IRCC officer can ask any time about fund in application processing time. If you won't show proof, they will immediately refuse the application.
