Hello Everyone Please help me

I have applied for SINP Express entry in Jan 2017. But the problem I have 2 years experience in NOC that is SINP List remaining 4 years experience in different NOC that is not SINP demand list. Can I claim these 4 years experience while applying express entry??

when I applied for SINP pnp I claim points for other job experience that is not SINP list. Is that ok?? with two job experience I got 61 points. Is that ok or they will reject my application please give me reply I am facing lot of stress since 3 months with this doubt

I have been working with a Saskatchewan employer since august 2016, will be completing 1 year with the company in august 2017, but my work permit is expiring
in 1st week of july 2017. so i will be applying for SINP and will be extending my Work Permit with the help of SINP.

so i have a questions and i want to be clear about it.

1. can i apply for express entry (CEC) through CIC and not the SINP EE after having an Approved SINP ?

Did you validate you still meet the criteria to be in EE like 67/100 still holds good.

Yes, I did. and my profile is less than a year too so its not expired either.

i submitted my profile on 14th feb under sinp ee category..
today i received the mail that my application has been closed and returned as it is incomplete...
missing documents - birth certificate and passport copy of my child...

i am pretty sure that i uploaded my child's documents...
has anyone faced similar problem?
what should i do next?

Same thing happened to me. My application was returned because of missing Ielts test, but I was sure I uploaded it.
I emailed them and they said this doc was missing by the time of submission, you can reapply again when it opens.
So there's no option left but to reapply again.

Dear Seniors,

Under International Skilled Worker, EE and OID are really confusing. If a candidate has work experience in a NOC that is in demand in Saskatchewan then why should the candidate choose OID to apply for nomination whereas EE is a faster process?

EE - WES ECA compulsory, 67 points requeirment in assessment point grid, min. English 6 band individual and overall.
OID - ECA not compulsory, 60 points require, English 4.5 bands.

But Occupation in High Demand list of 21 NOCS is similarly applicable for both.

I am not changing the company and title only want to change the NOC code so is there any issue for changing the NOC?

Try to go with Same noc. Deleting irrelevant responsibilities from the reference letter. Do not add too much.

That may be misrepresentation.

I too had the same issue and applied again only. Better take a screenshot of your application once you have completed uploading all the docs.
