More important question: Are people still able to submit new applications at the moment?
I am Having issues with viewing submitted application , after login to the online OASIS application portal, if I click on any option ( View / Summary etc) browser just spins and return no result. Anyone has similar issues? Also got below error some times . Please advise..

Actually, I got job match for Restaurant manager but I am engineer and have also created profile related to NOC 2232 - Mechanical Engineer and Technologists.
did anyone created(recreated*) a new account in jobbank? i noticed a week ago that the site has been upgraded and the old site "archived".
it was mentioned on the site to create another one in the new system. will if affect our express entry profile?
