Will it be sent to my CIC account because i tried registering with the job bank and got a confirmation code but couldnt proceed with my registration.

your passport last 4 digits would be your job seeker code
let support your passport number is AB12345678
then your job seeker code is 5678

If you can see a presence of any file, then no need to worry about it.

let support your passport number is AB12345678
then your job seeker code is 5678

your job seeker number would be last 4 digit of your passport only if you have created EE profile first time.

You can't see them because it was attached one step inside, like Family member detail have further few steps.

online. Note: Once the application is submitted, you will receive no further notifications
about your application until it is pre-screened.
