That things from the respondent is giving us more frustration.

I said many july applicants have already nominated. He said it is case by case and you can not compare it with others.....

I am not a July applicant though.But its disappointing the
application is not decided yet.is it because they had a bit
more processing time at the time(July).Because they keep
changing the processing time in every quarter.

Yet,its very slow as the applicants like us who did in
October have got decision.we wish u all the good luck
to those who are waing nomination friends.

No I did not mention anything likes this. even this point is an edge over other applicants But my files (scanned docs) were very heavy like 4-5 mb each file. May b it locked their outlook .

I did not claim relative points as I dont have any. but if you do, and did...thats not a problem.

Yes I know it's not a problem I just want the clue that why our files decision are pending.

I am assuming...officer of our cases has gone on a perpetual HOLIDAY . And till he does not return...all our cases will be lying there...PENDING!

better call them, maybe the replacement officer didnt noticed your application...

My application just includes me and my husband who is a student here. But I do change my job code during the first additional doc requirement. Maybe that's the only reason.

May be in your case this is the reason. But in my case I didn't change anything.

Guys,

I have some questions...please advice.

After my passport is stamped for PR and when I have to fly to Canada....

1) Can I first go to U.S.A. (since i have visitors visa), stay over at my bro's place for couple of weeks and from there fly to Canada?

2) I will be getting SINP nomination, so is it compulsory that I need to land in Saskatchewan only for visa stamping? Or I can land in Toronto...stay a few days at my relations place and then fly to Regina/Saskatoon?
