Sure you can get PR in less than 6 months. It all depends on the average processing time at your designated Visa Office. I will be applying to Accra VO since I am from Nigeria and from what i have seen most applications are decide within 3 to 4 months. I have heard it takes 1 month at the UK Visa Office....
Since my wife already got nomination for EE stream, i want to withdraw my SINP application in OID stream.. is that a good step? and how to withdraw application? just send email stating the file number?
Thanks for your reply. but do you think affidavit with parents name and birth place will be accepted? because I have been using 'declaration of age' affidavit all my life, I do not have the original birth certificate."'
Also on the generic form could you please give me a little explanation about what they meant by intended "occupation" and 'current occupation"? Many thanks.
You could try using the affidavit with your parents name and place of birth and just add a letter of explanation as to why you do not have the original birth certificate.

Was any of your statements date is 1st July? Might be instead of entering in "Date of Bank Statement" they have wrongly updated in "Date of Conversion". I also faced a similar kind of mistake done by them during my May application. They will correct it soon.
Did you check if your money was converted to Canadian currency?

Hi, I have submitted my application 21 Jul and become "In Process" on 31 Aug. I have checked the settlement fund conversion to CAD and Conversion Date is not showing? Is it a problem.

Sure they will correct before a decision is made on your application. For me they have given additional 5 points under "Connection to Saskatchewan Labour Market & Adaptability" in the points grid. But I haven't worked in Sask Wink
I'm expecting this to be corrected in the coming days. If you can see the amount converted in CAD and the date of conversion, you are very near to hearing a good news.
