The previous SINP OID was in Dec 2016 and they are opening the OID/EE frequently. Which is very good for us.

But my questions are;
Have they completed processing all the Dec 2016 OID applications ?
Aren't there any backlogs for the year 2016 ?

I HAVE SUCCESSFULLY SUBMITED MY APPLICATION AND GOT A NEW FILE NUMBER

My EE profile was accepted in both FSW and CEC streams and I'm afraid about having met the CEC category which I clearly shouldn't have met coz my employment start date in Canada was Feb 17 , 2016 and it's not 12 calendar months yet!! I went over all the EE questions more than 6 times, it's still giving me 35 points for my Canadian work experience. I work 40 hrs /week though. How is it considering points for CEC - based on hours worked / calendar months. I'm sure it's teh no. of months that gets considered.

I should have been accepted for CEC only next month, am I right?! Will this be considered a misrepresentation?!

What i meant was when do applicants that has applied for this EE get feedback , like in how many weeks in estimate?

i got OID nomination in December - i just submitted for EE nomination with SINP. what is my fate? will i be declined or advised to cancel one?

After about 1 week, application's status would gradually change to "in process" . Average processing time foe EE is now 3.4 months according to SINP.

BOTH of them opened and closed on Jan 4, 2017.

I missed out in OID but manage to submit in EE and got a application number.

What is the difference between both? Is one better than another?
