I have already submitted an EE profile on October 12, 2016 but my balance was not kept 3 months prior to submitting the application (Only 2 months)
But now, I think it meets the requirements.

My file is still "In process". But I think, sooner or later, they would reject it.
Now, they would Email me to choose between one of them, and my reaction is clear!
