IMM 5562 Supplementary Information: Your Travels
Schedule 4: Economic Classes - Provincial Nominee
Schedule A: Background/Declaration
Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union
IMM-5406 Additional Family Information

I am already mentioning my Dependent details in IMM0008. Do I still need to Fill IMM5406 ?
What about Schedule 4 ? It says Which province has nominated. We are initial phase do we need to fill Schedule 4?

I contacted an Agent two years ago and Paid ; He created my EE profile with CRS 396. Well EE draw dosent go below 450.
I think of now Applying via SINP. I have already filled all forms in OASIS Portal.
I have doubt only in One case.... I filled entire SINP myself...Only EE part was done by an agent ...What do i have to choose when OASIS asks me

Not a sign. Still in "received" mode.
I do know it feels like the time is dragging, but don't worry, little by little , applications are beginning to process by SINP. you can check it in the following link:
