SINP Confirmation Job Approval letter from a Saskatchewan Employer

Hi frndz,

Is there anyone who got SINP Job approval letter...??

It's been month since my employer submit online application but not got any confirmation email.

Today I receive email from SINP in which they ask me to submit Job approval letter within 15 days.

I don't know what to do..?? I'm still waiting Job approval letter. My employer did send email to SINP to know about time line
but they replied due to high volume of application it taking long. It may be 3-4 weeks process.

Any suggestion frndz..???

Employers are not getting their log in detail in 3-4 weeks than how they will get their approval form in 3-4 weeks?
Actually, they are not managing it well because of untrained staff.
So I hope if all of us send them email about this problem then there is any chance that they will reduce timeline or they will take any good action.

My manager already has log in detail from last 2 years and he was asking me about next process. I told him to contact with sinp.
He called them and left msg for them but no response. I will complete my 6 months on August.

@Shahzad: Hi Brother, even I am facing the same problem.Its been more than 5 weeks, my employer is yet to get his login details from SINP. Can we write a letter to SINP explaining our concerns and also request them to speed up the process ?? Is that a good idea??????

Yes. Also, if all of us get together and go to the SINP office to show them that we are effecting by it. Even they don't allow us to enter but at least it gonna effect on them.

Finally got my SINP Job Approval letter. It took me about 15 business days. Reading the posts above, it seems weird that its taking so long for others. Most of my friends I talked to and who got it, received the approval in about the same timeframe as me. Now just waiting for my SINP approval.

Hey Arif,

Your work permit expired on 15th of June, right? Are you working on implied status or were you able to get another work permit? What has Sask Immigration to say about your position?

I'll be in a position next year where I will be applying for my nomination in first week of june and I have my PGWP till 15th of August and if I am not wrong, that is very much similar to your situation, isn't it?

Congratulations for the getting the job approval Arif. My employer did mine towards the end of May and is still not here. I hope it comes soon.

So I have applied for an extension on my PGWP before it expired. So I am working on implied status now. Just waiting to hear back from SINP asap so I can send it to Vegreville for Work Permit extension.

Thanks arif. What are the documents you had to submit as part of the extension process? Is there anything from the employer?

I don't remember 100% but I sent in all the papers that are required for a regular WP extension. And I sent in my AOR SINP to tell them that I have applied for it and am still waiting for the approval.

Hello, guys! Can somebody tell me of the REQUIREMENTS necessary for getting SINP Confirmation of Job Approval? Does this apply as well to skilled workers with current work permit who will apply under the SKILLED CATEGORY-EXISTING WORK PERMIT SUB CATEGORY OF SINP? Please, please enlighten me.

@arif215, how did your employer apply for it and what did he/she submit? What do you see in the Job Approval Confirmation? Thanks in advance for your reply.

I am not 100% sure on the details since it was all done by my HR department. I believe they applied based on my job location and how many employees they were seeking the approval for.

In the approval letter, all it mentions that the employees from that location have been approved. No name, nothing else. Just that the positions have been approved. So my HR told me that I was also included in that approval list.
