Yes i am in Canada
I think this is one factor SINP Officer approving faster to those who are already in Canada.
I HAVE GOT A FULL TIME JOB AT A PRIVATE DAY CARE CENTRE AS A EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATOR ASSISTANT . THAT DAYCARE IS RUN BY A SINGLE LADY BUT SHE IS LICENSED FROM THE GOVT. SO MY question is that can i get a job approval letter from sinp if i apply through that employer ? as it is not a big institution but she is a licensed one . plz help.
why Feb 2012 case still asking for a JAL?
need 45 days for updates, doesn't make sence, small company need 6 months for JAL,
my employer didn't know this, if he knows, he may apply JAL at the begining.
Any idaas guys?
Thanks!

Dude keep the estimate of 3.5yrs minimum for the whole process (provided everything goes smooth and you are skilled worker applicant SINP )
