Dear All:
I am very delighted to let you know that I received SINP nomination today (5:02 pm Sask time, Aug 8, 2014). Online status changed to "Application Nominated".
I hope others who are waiting, will get nomination very soon.
For people who havent got their nomination yet, do you see skilled worker points filled in the application yet, because when I log in they are still blank?
I have applied for NOC 2173 Software Engineers and Designers in SINP 2014 and recently got this letter:
Regulated Occupation: Your education and occupation are related to a profession in Saskatchewan which requires mandatory (compulsory) certification or licensing. Proof ofeligibility for Saskatchewan licensure from the regulatory body is required as part of the SINP application. For more information, please see the following link saskimmigrationcanada.ca/ismy-
occupation-regulated/ Please provide proof of eligibility for Saskatchewan licensure from the licensure from the regulatory body within 45 days from date of this letter.
AFAIK, 2173 Software engineer does NOT come under a regulated profession. It is an Information technology job (IT).
Regarding my eduction, my undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, but I have being working as Software Engineer for more than 10 years and I recently got a masters degree in Software Engineering from USA.
Considering all of this, please reconsider and remove the requirement for mandatory certification or licensing.
I am asked to submit settlement funds from October, but I have balance in my account since december, how to prove that I had that money since October. I had money in October, but it was not in my bank.

I think they will accept it but you will have to write to them explaining the whole process of liquidating your solid asset to your POF with the proof also provide them the statement from october.
