I received AOR on 6th January, 2014. My IELTS will expire on 10th March, 2014. But I think they obviously cannot finish all the processing before then. So my question is, do I need to sit for IELTS now? Or will wait for their request to give updated result?
If they want any document in future, how many days will they give us to submit that document?
My friend, I think you must get your New IELTS result before 10th March because even If SASK review and send your nomination letter before 10th March, then in the next phase you must submit your application package to CIC. As I know, there must be a long time about 6 month to 1 year to issuing your visa. CIC will ask for your IELTS result in that period of time. I think it is better and more relax with enough time for you to sit for your IELTS test instead of in hurry.
I think they didn't break the line and they are reviewing our applications based of FIFO (First IN First OUT) method. In this way they don't look at our applications until the past receive applications finish. I read in another topic that they are reviewing STUDENT applications received at November 2013 and for "Skilled Worker" I don't know which month is finished.
They didn't even update the Intake Threshold inside website!
I think we must wait more and more for great news come out.
Their policy is not clear! If they decide to reject applications after 250th then why they keep some applications for a week long and then send them rejection letter? It is strange.
I think SINP will first send rejection letters to all who missed quota and then only start processing 250 application on FIFO basis. Again, this 250 should be processed faster as they do not contain job offer. I am hopeful to hear some good news in February.

Finally they sent me an e-mail
I submitted my application on Jan 2th and after all these days, I received and email "Your documents have been received."

I got a mail with a link to a pdf form this morning with this information, "Your application was not received as the threshold for application has been reached".
"Your application has been set to pending status. This will allow you to edit and resubmit your application if you meet eligibility criteria, including an approved job offer of employment in Saskatchewan".
Did anybody get a similar mail? I submitted on the 7th January Saskacthewan time and my status has been" application submitted" till yesterday when the status changed to blank.
Does the mail imply that my applicatin can still be considered because of the pending status or what?
