I haven`t got any rejection letter yet on the SINP applicant details spreadsheet, under the application status it is stated that app is rejected cap reached. Why is it so when i still do not have any information yet? Please correct it.

So the Hit rate is 26% from Forum, which is kind of Acceptable as in case if you guys see Hit rate for FSW 2013 then the Max was 21%

In fact, I cannot 100% confirm my submission time. From download record, i am re-downloading my upload file between 18:30 - 19:55( HongKong Time, maybe 14 hours diff to CST zone), i.e. 4:30- 5:55. Originally, i guessed the time diff to CST was 12 hours.
