Even the file submitted by me got rejected, below is the content of the letter they sent:

Also mention that, improve SINP website next time if they want really need good international applicants.
First time in my life, I would says that what is a drawback of computer/online based application.
There is no constraint to submit the application for student, job offer letter applicant, business people, existing work permit because they have enough quotas to submit file during a year.
Only fed up with international skill category (may be they are doing testing with our application for their website)

whoever submitted applications after 3/01/2014. They are going to reject.
Application should be in pending status so you will submit in future once website will be tested properly.

Got Email with a hyperlink to a pdf file, states that cap reached and my application was not accepted, I submit my Jan 3rd 16:00, I'm the only one I should blame, I was able to submit Jan 2nd 19:00 if I didn't went for sleep, I thought since the system was so difficult to use there shouldn't be so many people and I went bed continued it on the next night here, BAD LUCK!
