Another question:

In the spreadsheet, there are 2 sheets in the bottom: 1-Consolidated Details 2-Form Responses
As we can see the number of people in the first sheet stopped at row #101 and there are 14 records in the second sheet(Form responses).
Is the second sheet's records continue from the first one? and If yes then why isn't any NOC there?
