Dont ask us now as there are a lot of confusions whether to submit forms now or later, online or paper and then upload, which are the latest forms, etc. So better wait for the forms to be updated by SINP and then take a decision. As you have already filled FSW federal forms. Would it be possible to help me to fill form- IMM5406E.

I am confused with this. How will I write in my native language? And is it compulsory filled by all applicant whether accompanying or not?

Regarding the federal forms ....


If you apply and are eligible under the nominee program, the SINP will issue you a nomination letter confirming that you have been selected. (If your application is not approved, you can request a second review.) After you receive the nomination letter, you will submit your application and provincial nomination letter to the CIC Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia Canada. The CIO will receive the application and then transfer it to the appropriate visa office outside of Canada for further processing.

Anyway you have to print the forms out for your signature to be put into. So take a print, write your details in native language, sign and scan and upload once again. If you are using a digital signature, then also you have to anyway print that out for you to enter your details in native language
