I tried to upload a some .pdf file but when it is attached it says OTH? any idea why is that?

System is back on and running very fast.
I have uploaded my final IELTS Result and submitted my application finally.
Not sure whether I will be within 250 or not?

Hi all those who have completed their applications,

Hope so Starkane..its just an IT glitch..

Wana know does printing,scanning then uploading forms makes the form font look smaller.. or it just my printer?

uumm... Well it depends the font size wouldn't change but the resolution of the document can be tweaked as per the user choice.

You can scan the document with higher resolution with better clarity only downside is that the size of the document would be above average.

At this moment just focus on getting the file uploaded and be sure that the document is easily readable by the VO (Visa officer).

It under "Edit Applicant" section under "English/French Ability".

I am not getting language credential in points

It same for everyone. Even i was not able to get the point in that section just add IELTS report as an attachment.

what is OTH instead of PDF file in attaching documents?

Kindly make sure that PDF file is not corrupt and also try not to convert word document into PDF as sometimes these PDF files tends to create issues.

Just scan the document and save it in PDF.. Plain and simple no shortcuts 8)

The OTH file type is primarily associated with 'OpenOffice/StarOffice' by Sun Microsystems, Inc.. This file format is part of the Open Document Format for Office Applications (OpenDocument) 1.0 specification. This OASIS format is expected to become an industry standard for sharing documents. It is being adopted by the OpenOffice/StarOffice version 2 software suite but may appear in other products as well.

How come the point system is not having option for points as per IELTS score. In the SINP guide released earlier, it was said that points will be given on the basis of English proficiency also.

by mistake I hit add job offer once but I don't have one? can I delete that or leave it with answer no in job offer

Buddy once you have created an extra or unwanted entry it not possible to delete it. It's strange but true.. Just type "Not applicable" in the rows.. Also follow the guideline and don't forget settlement plan and checklist documents.

Only include the document which are required for the process.
