I have a doubt .
As per the checklist the background /declaration and Additional Family Info which are mandatory , says that it needs to be completed by principal applicant and spouse .
Does it mean that even if my spouse is not included in the application , she has to fill it ??
• Completed by:
o the principal applicant
o spouse or common-law partner
o each dependent child over 18 years of age if accompanying the applicant
That seems complicated. Is she not included in your application or she's not coming with you? If she's not INCLUDED in your application, then you may have the option to declare that you are separated or you are single. If she's just not coming with you, but still you declare her as your spouse, she still has to fill up the forms. Declaring her as a spouse or not will affect if she will to come in Canada in the future or if you want to sponsor her in the future.

Well, it's funny you talking about user friendlyness here. Atleast it started working after a day and a half, thank goodness.... people, keep pushing your applications.... go fast!!!
Im not providing sarcasm here. Im talking about user friendliness of the system not people. If you prefer to be fast applicant, go ahead. Im just giving advice and facts. I don't give false advice
Still an error on their system. But if you have uploaded you IELTS, for sure they would add up the points or most probably in the next few hours or days, the system will be updated again in which they would include the English result to scoring criteria. Goodluck on your application
Our system is currently down and we are unable to determine when the new system will be accessible. Please check our website frequently for any changes. Please be advised that we will only accept online applications – paper applications will not be accepted and applications submitted without required documents attached will be assessed as incomplete"
The above message was what i got from Sask Immigration.
100-1 is an old checklist. 100-24 is the new one and I believe its mandatory to include if your in step 2 of your application, or applying in CIC Centralized Intake Office. I didn't read anywhere from the guide to include it in your application for nomination.
