Proof of funds have to be added to Settlement Funds

Federal forms are to be uploaded by clicking "Add Federal forms and Documents"

I think, check list is required, since we are confirming which all forms we have included in the application (as in FSW)..Just my thought...Not sure

Checklist is for you .. so that you can upload all the forms as per mentioned in CHecklist

When you will send hard copy to CIC then that checklist will be used.
