Yes, Of course u can apply if u have at least 60 points

& Now I am scanning them for upload...

Pal that's why everyone is out to grab the seat under this scheme. It's only this time SINP has introduced this criteria. So to answer your question definitely you can apply as long as you are able to score the required points..
