I sent an email last week to say that my status is still 'waiting on applicant' and that some of my docs have not been loaded but no response yet. I am getting concerned now. I will send another email if they do not respond by end or business today.

Yesterday and today is public holiday in Saskatchewan. You might not get any response until tomorrow.

You have to provide the rental agreement highlighting the fact that the utilities are covered in the rent paid.This is a prerequisite and MUST be met.If you don't provide this you stand the risk of losing this opportunity.

My advice will be for you to ask your relative to try as much as possible to provide the rent agreement.

My brother is living in a room that has been Sublet to him. Hence there is no utility bill in his name neither is there a rental agreement between him and the actual tenant.

Any suggestion what can be the possibilities?

From experience,SINP take evidence of living in Saskatechewan very seriously. Your brother has to provide as much information as possible to prove he's been in Saskatchewan for 1 year at least. Ask him to provide a copy of the original agreement and draft another agreement showing the sublet. If he must be a sponsor,he should have known his economic conditions will be under scrutiny.

I have seen quite a handful of people refused/denied nomination certificate on this basis. It is a prerequisite for the category you are applying under and failure to produce it will result into rejection of application.

In my sinp online portal, i had created 2 applications.one is in 'In process' status and the other one is not submitted(app. status is pending submission). But from july 2nd onwards, the one that is not submitted is removed from there. So i think they are working on our application. Keep fingers crossed and pray well.

Yes, i applied under international skilled worker without job offer.
i got doc req. on 23rd june and i sent it on june 24th.
Now my app. status is'in process' again from june 26th.

Definitely you'd get a request for Bank statement update and probably some other document request fingers crossed. The email should come in the next 4 hours.
